Today was meant to be a cheerful days for my university beloved schoolmates and everyone was rushing to go back to their hometown for Chinese New Year celebration. According to Chinese horoscopes or astrology, dragon which was a myth creature and an indication of good fortune. One of the famous traditional Chinese custom was lo sang (eating prosperity toss dish). Back in few hundreds years ago, yu sang was first originated in Guang Zhou and was only celebrated among the fisherman for their catches. Raw fish slides is the most important ingredients that used in prosperity toss dish and followed by carrot, jellyfish, crackers, sauces, pepper and others as well.

There are only 3 steps involved in eating prosperity toss dish included adding of all ingredients and stand up and tried to mix the dish as high as possible. As the height of the dish is high, it represented that the growth of fortune for each of them will increase.

My University buddy- Mandy Ooi, Xian Jin,Jia Ying Xi Inn and I were out for Sakae Sushi Fortune Yee Sang as part of our Chinese New Year's celebration and lunch right after Food Technology class. Fahrenheit 88 shopping complex, Sakae Sushi which located at level 1F was the place where all of us had our great time.  Friendship forever and Happy Chinese New Year for everyone !
